Abstract
Endogeneous nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in lakes has been a big challenge in lakes' eutrophication treatments. The recent research progress on the forms of nitrogen and phosphorus in sediments, their transport and release at the sediment-water interface and the bioavailable forms is reviewed in the article.Problems currently encountered in the research process were pointed out for the purpose of providing reference for future research on the analysis of endogeneous nitrogen and phosphorus pollution and the control and treatments of lakes' eutrophication.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
