Abstract

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects and toxicity of Novelbine (NVB) plus Cisplatin (DDP) for the treatment of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods 40 cases of NSCL were treated with NP (NVB 25 mg/m 2 iv gtt D1,8 plus DDP 30 mg/m 2 iv gtt D1,3).Results The total effective rate(CR+PR) were 40%.in denocarcinoma group,35%;in sguamous carcinoma group 42%.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant ( P 0.05).In primary therepy group,it was 44%,in duplicate therepy group 33%.The difference between the two group was not statistically significant ( P 0.05) .Toxicity:White Blood Cell (Ⅲ°and Ⅳ°) decreased in 70%,Ⅳ°18%,Blood platelet (Ⅲ°andⅣ°)decreased in was 23%,Ⅳ°18%.No other serious side reactions occurred. Conclusion The NP regimen can obtain good resules. While the adverse effects are well tolerable.
