Abstract
Purpose:To compare NP with continuous low dose vinorelbin(NVB) and cisplatin (DDP) to evaluate efficacy of two regimers in patients with advanced non-small-cell cancer. Methods:65 patients were enrolled in this study, 31 on continuous group and 34 on control group, continuous group:NVB 10 mg iv 24 h d1-d7, DDP 20 mg iv d1-d7,control group:NVB 25 mg/m 2 iv d1,d8,DDP 30 mg/m 2 iv d1-d3. The second treatment cycle was given after 21 days. At last 2 cycles were given. Results:An objective response rate was observed in 41.9% of patients in continuous group with 1 CR, 12 PR,15 SD and 3 PD, versus 44.1% (P0 05), with 1 CR, 14 PR,15 SD and 4 PD. Vomiting and local venous toxicity were higher in control group. Conclusions:Compare continuos low dose NVB and DDP with NP for management NSCLC was decrease toxicity and no increase response rate.
