Abstract

Objective Approach the relationship of blood glucose control level and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Acute cerebral infarction patients with hyperglycemia were divided into two groups in random fashion;blood glucose of 45 cases in control group were controled in 4.4—6.1 mmol/L.and the blood glucose of the other 45 cases in therapy group were controled in 6.1—8.3 mmol/L.Fatality,infection rate, hypoglycemia rate and the score of stroke patients clinical neural function defect were observed. Results There were no statilstical differences in fatality, infection rate and score values of the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) after 7 days and 14 days.In contrast to control group.hypoglycemia rate of therapy group was significantly lower(P0.05).Conclustion Blood glucose controled in 6.1-8.3 mmol/L can have better prognosis than which controled in 4.4-6.1 mmol/L in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients with hyperglycemia.
