Abstract
The map and space-database are specially important to found the urban traffic accident information system based on GIS. The map's scale that is more than 1∶2000 can satisfy the request of accidents position.The main content of space-database is the traffic safety estimate model,also is the key one. The design of space-database went through concept design,logical design and physical design.This process gave prominence to designing the road and data structure of accidents information.
