Abstract

In the system of transportation, if the information is used effectively, it will play the role of energy multiplier. With the development of the ITS, realized the information of transportation to input and output real-timely, the electronic affairs, the safe monitoring and the other applications, by the technology of the GIS and the disposition data network layout, in addition to establishing the space database of the GIS in the net road and the essential factor of the map database.
