Abstract

The western development is the great policy that is made by the Central Committee of the Party. Which has great political and economic meaning. The western development is faced with new system and surrounding, which is the market economic system is established and the speed of globalization is accelerated. In the new system and surrounding, if we ensure the success of the western development, we must carry out the right strategies. We should follow the law of market economy; put the economic structure in the center of the development; consider the development from angle of the geoeconomy; adopt strategy of imbalance and harmony; implement the strategy of knowledge, and realize sustained development
