Abstract
In the study, the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-polyacrylamide gel electophoresis and silver nitrate staining were used to detect DNA fragments. The results showed that using this method to detect DNA fragments was characterized as high sensitivity, slight stained background and clear bands. So using silver staining to analyze the polyacrylamide gel bands contributed to a longterm preservation and could reduce the pollution to human beings and environment.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
