Abstract
Based on the highly nonlinear finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0,a coupled thermo-mechanical three-dimensional model of brake disc is built. Transient temperature field and stress field of brake disc are simulated and analyzed in different initial velocities, accelerations and axle weights in state of emergency braking. The states of the brake disc temperature and stress under the given condition are obtained by simulation. Based on these result, the abilities of the brake disc are analyzed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
