Analysis of Fufang Xuanju Capsule Plus Lomefloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Fufang Xuanju Capsule plus Lomefloxacin in the treatment of Chronic prostatitis.Methods Using random and selfcontrolled clinical trail,we divided 180 patiens with Chronic prostatitis in to treat group and control group.Each group 90 all given Lomefloxacin pills 0.4 g,one time per day.Treat group added Fufang Xuanju Capsule three pills,three times per day.Course of treatment were 4 weeks.Result We evaluated the consequences with NIH chronic prostatitis syndrome index(NIH-CPSI) and the white blood cell numbers of prostatic massage liquid for every one.After 4 weeks,total effective rate of treat group was 72.2%,higher than control group(48.9%)(P0.05).Conclusion It was a better effects of Fufang Xuanju Capsule plus Lomefloxacin in the treatment of Chronic prostatitis and worth to using.
