Cotrimoxazole tablet combined with the compound Xuanju capsules in the treatment of chronic prostatitis:an analysis of 80 cases

Objective To observe the effects of compound sulfamethoxazole tablets combined with compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods 160 cases of chronic prostatitis were divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 80 cases.Two groups were treated with Cotrimoxazole tablets 0.96 g,2 times a day,oral,treatment group was added with compound Xuanju capsule 3 grain,3 times a day,oral,4 weeks for 1 courses.Results After 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group is higher than the total effective rate of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Compound sulfamethoxazole tablet combined with the compound Xuanju capsules in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
