Compound Xuanju Capsule Combined with Prostate Perfusion Clinical Analysis of Infertility Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

Objective:Comparison of single oral capsule Compound Xuanju,simple infusion of the prostate,prostatic capsule in combination with Compound Xuanju reperfusion therapy in patients with chronic prostatitis effects of infertility.Methods:From January 2011 to January 2012 between,90 cases of infertility patients with prostatitis Asthenospermia fewer people were divided into 3 groups(A,B,C).A group(30 cases) were Xuanju Capsule 1.26 g compound orally,3 times/day,B group(29 patients) infusion therapy of the prostate alone.C group(30 cases) is the A group and B group of the combination therapy.Results:3 groups before treatment and after treatment of semen and prostate fluid examination indicated that group B after treatment,sperm density,in addition,the prostatic fluid of semen quality and improvement of the parameters,C group and A,B between the two groups of semen quality after treatment and prostatic fluid were statistically significant in all parameters(P0.05).Conclusions:Infertility patients with chronic prostatitis Xuanju compound capsule combined perfusion after treatment of prostate,semen and prostatic fluid in patients with significant improvement in quality,and the compound was better than oral therapy,or simply Xuanju prostate capsule infusion therapy.
