Analysis of Stylistic Features and Translation Strategies of German Political Speeches

With the growing development of friendly relations between China and German-speaking countries,more extensive exchanges and cooperation in politics,economy,technology,and education,etc.have been on the increase.Thus the translation of informative German political speeches is of much importance.This paper mainly introduces the basic connotations and the mutual relationship between political presentations and political speeches,analyses the stylistic features of political speeches and puts forward the guiding principles for the translation of German political speeches,on the basis of which,this paper discusses the translation strategies.
