Abstract
[Objective]To explore the microscopic characteristics and clinical features of lung cancer under fiberoptic bronchoscope.[Methods]A retrospective analysis was carried out to analyse clinical data of 228 cases diagnosed as lung cancer patients via fiber optic bronchoscope.[Results]In the bronchial lesions,most(68.75%) occurred in right bronchus. There was a significant difference in incidences of different sites. The squamous cell carcinoma was common in histological types, followed by small cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, unclassified cancer and other types of cancer. The microscopical characteristics under bronchoscopy and lung histologic type had statistically significant correlation(P﹤0.05) .Lung cancer types:164 patients with central lung cancer in 228 cases(71.9%) ,peripheral lung cancer 64 cases(28.1%) .Bronchoscope identified microscopical performance:tube proliferative 55 cases(24.1%) ,external tube oppression type 53 patients(23.2%) ,wall infiltration type 51 cases(22.3%) ,mixed 81 cases(35.5%) and normal type in 12 cases(5.2%) .[Conclusion]With the type of lung cancer, microscopic features under bronchoscope are mainly hyperplasia and mixed, histologic types are mainly squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma.
