Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of fiber composite resin post in the restoration of the anterior dentine defect treated.Method Using the para fiber composite resin post to restore the anterior dentine defect after the root canal treatment,with the cooperation of nursing.Results 59 teeth made the eligible clinical performance,only of them dislocated.Conclusion The clinical application of para fiber post and resin core system is especially satisfactory due to its aesthetic effect without root fractures,which can improve the restorative effect.
