Abstract
It is the concentrated generality of scientific view of development that insist based on human development, realize all-sided, harmonious and sustainable development and promote comprehensive development of economic society and human being. The scientific view of development takes positive effects on university. It creates and enriches the university idea based on human, sustainable development. These ideas of university also offer some new approaches and ways to analyze or resolve.
