Abstract
The basic connotation of scientific development view centers on the capability of coordinating,comprehending and sustaining of development as well as human development.The social development theory with Chinese characteristics is built on the basis of the reality of our country,which considers that development is the most important principle and sustainable development is the strategy.It is a development view with taking the improvement of people's living standards and human development as the final aim.
