Abstract
The scientific view of development is the latest achievement of theory innovation of the Communist Party.It is a bran-new developing view which represents the unification of the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit.The interaction between science technology as the first productivity and the scientific development view not only provides strong physical guarantee and mentally support for the carry on of the scientific development view,but also sets the correct criterion for the development of science and technology.In the new situation,in order to establish the firm scientific basis of the harmonious development of economy and society,it is necessary to optimize the implementation approaches of the scientific concept of development and carry on the strategy of nation development by technology and education insistently.
