Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with thyroid tumor effect of postoperative pain

Abstract
Objective to understand the thyroid cancer patients in postoperative pain,analyze relevant nursing measures of postoperative pain.Methods in September 2012-September 2013 in our hospital to receive treatment of 66 cases of thyroid cancer,the 66 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group of 33 patients,the experimental group of 33 patients.The control group using conventional care method,and the experimental group is in routine nursing methods and postures,pain,psychology,etc.Comprehensive intervention method.Comparison of two groups of patients in hospital time and visual analogue scale.Evaluation of thyroid tumor patients with postoperative pain,postoperative pain in patients with understanding.Results all patients recover smoothly,the control of hospitalization time is shorter than the experimental group(P0.01),visual analogue score significantly lower than the experimental group(P0.01).Discussion comprehensive nursing model applied in postoperative patients with thyroid cancer pain nursing,have obvious effect.Can reduce the patient's pain,can cause patient rehabilitation,is worth promoting.
