Abstract
Objective To investigate intervention effect by comprehensive nursing intervention for postoperative pain in esophageal cancer patients. Methods A total of 50 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received thoracic surgery conventional nursing, and the observation group received additional comprehensive nursing intervention. Pain scores in the two groups were compared. Results The control group had obviously higher pain score than the observation group, and their difference had statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion Implement of comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce postoperative pain in esophageal cancer patients and relieve their postoperative pain. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
