Abstract
Objective To improve the level of preoperative diagnosis and differentiated diagnosis of renal benign tumor, that is angiomyolipoma(AML).Methods From June,1990 to December,2000,25 in patients with AML were analysed by diagnostic imageology. Results Seventeen cases could be seen by CT(80.95%),4 cases by B ultrasonography(66.67%),none by IVU and arteriography(0%).Conclusion Arteriography and IVU have no significance to diagnose AML,but CT and B ultrasonography have much significance.CT examination is better than B ultrasonography in our statistics, and it is difficult to differentiate AML of little fat component from renal carcinoma.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
