Construction of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and Countermeasures Well

The Three Gorges reservoir area is contiguous poverty-stricken areas of China,there are nearly one million rural migrants,because people will be less,the ecological environment is fragile,weak economic base,low quality of human resources,relying on the traditional business model is difficult to get rich.Three Gorges reservoir area should seize the historic opportunity to achieve rapid development,building a well to catch up with the pace of the country.Using empirical research methods to reveal the basis of the Three Gorges reservoir area of poverty proposed building a moderately prosperous society in the Three Gorges Reservoir,the main countermeasures.
