The low quality of the people in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is one of the difficulties for them to get rich.In order to make the migrants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area become rich,their quality must be improved and the human resources must be developed,changing transfusion to hematopoiesis,which fundamentally solves the problems and makes the migrants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area really step onto the rich path.The situation of the human resources in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and the relations between the human resources development in Three Gorges Reservoir Area and the later-stage support for the migrants are analyzed.Then,the countermeasures for the later-stage support of migrants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area are proposed.
