Abstract
Based on the reality of the university where the author works, this article proposes that only when the principles of market economy are followed and a new and standard purchasing management system is established to break the original purchasing mode can the comprehensive benefit of purchasing work at colleges and universities be significantly increased, and the supply of technological facilities for colleges in their fast lane of development be secured.
