Nowadays,there are many problems in government purchasing system:lower lewer in electricalization,invisibility in whole purchasing procedure,unsymmetry and so on.So,an information system that based on Internet to realize the whole functionality in a purchasing agency mechanism is developed,include purchasing entrust,statement examination and approval,purchasing announcement,purchasing invite tenders,purchasing submitting and purchasing evaluatation.It will solve the problems in current purchasing systems and demonstrate the advantage of government purchasing system.
