Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy and the incidence of complications.Method Total 78 cases of lung tumor received CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy, and the cytologic smear-positive rate, the histopathologic positive rate, the positive rate of malignant tumors, and the incidence of complications were analyzed. Results The cytologic smear -positive rate was 80.8%(63/78),the histopathologic positive rate was 94.9% (74/78),the malignant diagnosis rate was 91.9%(68/74),and the pneumothorax occurrance in 11.5%(9/78).Conclusion CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy has the advantages of safe, accurate and easy in lung tumor diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
