Abstract

The research on the legal system history of Yuan Dynasty in China is the most weakest field of research on Yuan Dynasty history.Because the center of the research on the legal system history of Yuan Dynasty was in Japan before 1980 and is in China now,there is a disproportion in the research on the legal system history of Yuan Dynasty in China.The disproportion is closely related to the demonstration historiography,the ideology of the class battle and possession of much knowledge.
