Research on the Criminal Procedure of Yuan Dynasty

The rulers of Yuan Dynasty effectively ruled the society by widely absorbing the different legal culture and with its unique legal thought.Comparing with other feudal dynasties,the criminal procedure of Yuan Dynasty had its unique merit.On one hand,during formulation law,Mongolian rulers emphasized only Mongolia is supreme and meanwhile the widespread absorption of the Chinese law,and formed the characteristic——the south and north different systems,this kind of multiplex criminal legal system played the vital role in maintaining the social stability in Yuan Dynasty.
