Towards Innovating Grassroots Academic Organizations in Chinese Universities

Based on the basic cognition on grassroots academic organizations in Chinese universities,the paper elaborated the main problems that the grassroots academic organizations in Chinese universities have met with.And then,from the angles of the target,principle and path,the paper textualized some random thoughts on how to innovate grassroots academic organizations.The paper put forward some suggestions that the structural system of the grassroots academic organizations in Chinese universities should be set up from three dimensional systems-instruction and education,scientific research innovation and academic-research-production cooperation.And the establishment of this system should be guaranteed by the conceptions of concept innovation as the precondition,structure innovation as the keystone,mechanism innovation as the standing point,and perfect material condition as the guarantee.
