Abstract

This paper analyzed the current problems and the value of the development of grassrootssports organizations by means of literature consultation and logical deductive method. It proposed the transformation of government functions background path for the development of grassroots sports organizations: a clear attribution ofgrassrootssports organizations and the government,the market; strengthen capital and talent to support sports organizations to promotegrassrootsmanagement innovation; to develop and improve laws and regulations,and to strengthen supervision and evaluation mechanisms.
