Abstract
Objective:To explore community nursing intervention on the remission of chronic pulmonary heart disease (referred to as chronic pulmonary heart disease) in patients with the quality of life. Methods:62 cases of hospitalized and discharged in remission stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into intervention and control groups,control group with conventional treatment and care guide,on the understanding of the intervention group patients intervention,dietary guidance,psychological intervention,social and family support,poor lifestyle intervention,before and after nursing intervention in the questionnaire. Results:After intervention the quality of life in intervention group was higher than in the control group (P0.01),the indexs of lung function in intervention group was better than in control group(P0.05). Conclusion:The community care intervention could improve remission in patients with pulmonary heart disease quality of life.
