Abstract
The high-degree employee is one of core competences in private enterprises. This paper presents high-degree employees' characteristics of needs in private enterprises, by comparing needs of high-degree employees with these of low-degree employees in private enterprises, and comparing needs of high-degree employees in private enterprises with those in state-owned enterprises. According to this, it also puts forward six suggestions of motivation management of high-degree employees in private enterprises.
