Clinical Research of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in Treating Angina Pectoris

Objective: To observe the therapeutic of Xuefuzhuyu decoction in treating angina pectoris. Methods: 90 patients included in the standard were randomly divided into the treatment group( 50 cases) and control group( 40 cases). The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the treatment group was given additional Xuefuzhuyu decoction,3 months for a period of treatment,two courses of treatment. After the treatment,observe and compare the angina pectoris symptom scores,TCM syndrome score,blood rheology,C-reactive protein,blood lipids and other indicators of change of two groups and evaluate the clinical curative effect and mechanism of action. Results: 1In the treatment group: 35 cases were markedly effective,13 cases in effective,2 cases invalid,the effective rate was 96. 00%. Control group: 17 cases had marked effect,14 cases in effective,9 cases invalid,the effective rate was77. 50%. Compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05); 2 The TCM syndrome score was( 5. 08 ±2. 74) in treatment group and( 8. 17 ± 3. 66) in the control group. Compared the two groups,there had statistically significant( P 0. 05); 3The symptoms integral was( 3. 56 ± 2. 41) in treatment group and( 7. 32 ± 3. 54) in control group. Compared the two groups,there had statistically significant( p 0. 05); 4Compared the high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of two groups,the treatment group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05); 5Compared the blood fat,C-reactive protein of two groups,there was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Xuefuzhuyu decoction can obviously alleviate clinical symptoms of angina pectoris patients with blood stasis,can reduce attack frequency of angina patients,duration of pain,pain degree,and has good curative effect,high safety. Can reduce the patient' s blood lipid levels and C-reactive protein,improve blood rheology. Xuefuzhuyu decoction in treating angina pectoris may be related to improve patients' blood fat,hemorheology,C-reactive protein and so on.
