Clinical study of xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with amlodipine in treating blood stasis type hypertension

Objective To observe the clinical effect of xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with amlodipine on blood stasis type hypertension.Methods The patients with blood stasis type of hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with amlodipine,and the patients in treatment group were given xuefuzhuyu decoction in addition,applied for 4 weeks.The antihypertensive efficacy,blood pressure,syndrome integral,blood fat index three were observed before and after treatment.Results The blood pressure levels decreased significantly after treatment in both groups(P ＜0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The curative effects of hypertension syndrome integral were significantly different after treatment between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05),the symptom score reducing rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group.Three serum lipid had significant differences between the two groups after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with amlodipine in treating blood stasis type hypertension has significant efficacy,and it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
