Transvaginal Color Doppler Sonography in Diagnosis of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods The ultrasonic features and clinical data of 65 re-pregnancy women with caesarean section in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were reviewed retrospectively.Results The typical ultrasonic features were shown in cesarean scar pregnancy.And there were obviously rich blood flow signals in and around the gestational sac or mixed masses.Conclusion The image features of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.
