Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value for early diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP)by transvaginal color doppler sonograghy. Methods The sonographic characteristics 25 cases of CSP diagnosed by transvaginal color doppler sonography were analysed retrospectively. Results Of the 25 cases,6 were described as Gestational Sac type,18 were described asMass type;1 case was misdiagnosed;the diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were 96.0% and 4.0%,respectively.Conclusion Transvaginal color doppler sonography is a better way for the early diagnosis and dynamic observation of curative effects when dealing with cesarean scar pregnancy due to the accurate localization and diagnosis it provides.
