64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography for diagnosing coronary artery disease

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods We randomly selected 42 cases confirmed by surgery in patients with coronary heart disease by 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis.Results The disease sensitivity was 95.24%,specificity 97.62%,positive predictive value 88.10%,negative predictive value 92.86%.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is a safe,fast and accurate screening method with a good diagnostic value,which can be used as the preferred method for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
