Abstract

Case teaching method abroad has proved that it is an effective method to train students' ability and improve students' quality.Although our country introduced it twenty years ago,it has been paid universal attention to in legal education.This paper illustrates the case teaching method from its characteristic,role and limitations,and it will have a positive effect on research and practice of the new teaching method.
