Overseas Case Teaching Method and Chinese Legal Education

Abstract

Since long ago,the problem of legal case teaching method existing in our country has not been paid more attention to.Taking America as the example,this paper introduces the background of legal case teaching method abroad.On the basis of analyzing the problem of our country's legal specialized case teaching method,it proposes some suggestions on how to use the overseas case teaching method for reference to consummate our country's legal practice teaching.
