On Case Teaching Method in Legal Education

Abstract

Case teaching method in legal education can be employed in various ways such as classroom discussion,trial watch,moot court and multimedia teaching to meet the teaching requirements.Case teaching method in legal education has widespread,interesting and targeted features.In order to better implement case teaching,we should choose good cases,distinguish cases from examples and properly handle the relations between traditional teaching method and case teaching method.
