Abstract

Objective:To observed the efficacy of oxymatrine and adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:95 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into adefovir dipivoxil treatment group and united treatment groups. They were treated for 6 months. The total effective rate, chemical indicators and HBV-DNA negative rate were detected. Results:The total effective rate of united treatment groups was 85.7%,which was significantly higher than 71.9% of the adefovir dipivoxil group. There were significant differences in ALT,AST,γ-GT after treatment(P0.05).After treatment,ALT and AST of the united group were significantly lower than those of the adefovir dipivoxil group(P0.05).But between the two groups,γ-GT had no significant different(P0.05).ALT,TBTL normalization rate of two groups were significant difference(P0.05),HBV-DNA negative patients of the united group was significantly more than the number of adefovir dipivoxil group(P0.05).Conclusion:The combinated treatement of adefovir dipivoxil and oxymatrine is a good therapy to chronic hepatitis B,and its efficacy is better than adefovir dipivoxil treatement alone.
