Abstract

【Objective】To explore the therapeutic effect of Adefovir dipivoxil and Interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.【Methods】92 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(48 cases) was treated with Adefovir dipivoxil and Interferon, the control group(44 cases) was treated with Adefovir dipivoxil alone. The efficacy of the two groups was observed.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%,it was significantly higher than 79.5% of the control group, the difference had statistic significance between the two groups(P 0.05);the normalization rate of ALT,TBIL and the negative rate of HBeAg,HBV-DNA in the observation group were slightly higher than that of the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05).【Conclusion】Adefovir dipivoxil and Interferon in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B has satisfactory curative effect,it is worth spreading.
