On the Uniting of the Teaching Approach and Learning Approach

The teaching approach and learning approach are paradoxically united.To improve education quality,importance should be attached on both of two approaches.Influenced by traditional teaching concept the central role of teacher,the Educational reform has been over emphasized change and innovation of teacher's teaching approach and teaching concept.School authorities and teachers tend to place too much attention on aspect of teaching approach,overlook study on learning approach and fail to give students learning approach guidance.As a result,the teacher's teaching approach and students' learning approach are seriously disconnected.To change this situation,teacher and students need to form beneficial interaction between them.The teacher needs to have students learn about his/ her teaching approach,instruct and guide students to explore and seek accordingly appropriate learning approach,thereby giving full play to students,the main body of learning to use learning approach to improve learning,unifying teaching and learning and improving quality of teaching and learning.
