Teaching is a dynamic concept. Because man's existence is original, prior and first, and students' learning activities are their main practical activities of existence, the nature of modern teaching can be regarded as special learning activities organized by teachers with aim,and plan which can help students do the effective learning. From the perspective of development,a person should gradually become the subject of learning instead of the object with more and more education he receives and at the same time teaching should also gradually becomes learning. Understanding the teaching tasks in the information age is helpful to the improvement of teaching efficiency from the angle of effective teaching, thus helping students develop better.
