Abstract
To discuss the effect of rhGH on the critical patients with mechanical ventilation 31 patients in ICU with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into rhGH group and control group.rhGH group 8IU rhGH IH QN for 7 days. The period of rhGH group with mechanical ventilation were obviously shorter than the control group. There was significant difference between two groups. The APACHEⅡ score of rhGH group were significantly lower than the control group after 5 days of the treatment. There were no difference PaO2 between the two group. The respiratory Index and the Oxygenation Index were higher than the control group in 5th 7th day.The rhGH can improve the recovery of spontaneous breathing.of the patients with mechanical ventilation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
