Abstract

The mediation system of labor dispute is an important part of the system of settlement of labor dispute in China.However,as a selective process of settlement of labor dispute,the mediation system has not play an effective role.To restructure the mediation system of labor dispute,the value of free will,of in time,of being within the law and of justice should be embodied in order to form a feasible and effective mediation system of labor dispute.
