Abstract

The labor dispute is one of the most common civil disputes.Mediation is one of the methods of settling a labor dispute,which indicates that the way to settle a civil dispute has been improved.The subject of mediation consists of people’s court,lawyer,administrative organ and so on.Mediation in a labor dispute is the special form of people’s mediation system.
