Abstract

Objective To observe the impact of alprostadil injection on plasma fibrinogen of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided randomly and averagely into observation group and control group. The observation group received 10 μg alprostadil injection + 100 ml saline for intravenous injection, once a day for two weeks continuously;and the control group received 100 ml 0.9% sodium chloride solution for intravenous injection, once a day for two weeks. The plasma fibrinogen, urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in the two groups were observed postoperatively. Results The difference of plasma fibrinogen, urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine between the two groups had statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusions Alprostadil injection can reduce the plasma fibrinogen concentration and improve the patients' coagulation function, which is worthy of clinical application.
