Application of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia

Abstract
Objective To summarize the therapeutic efficacy of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal herina.Methods 32 Patieuts with recurrent inguinal hernia treated by mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the patients were cwed by tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair.Complications occured in 6 cases.No recurrence was reported.Conclusion Patients with recurrent inguinal hernia who undergo tension-free mesh-plug hernia repair have low recurreuce rate.Less postoperative pain and return to normal activity and work sooner.This procedure may have fewer complications with perfect management.
