Abstract
The promotion of equalization of basic public services are coordinating urban and rural areas,the entry point for regional development,but also an important prerequisite to build a socialist harmonious society.By analyzing the basic medical and health services to achieve the equalization of the health system and financial practices,this article discusses the promotion of institutional barriers of equalization of basic public services,and put forward the reforms that we advocate.
